A Laughing Gull on an anchored water taxi boat in Tobago Cays, a beautiful Cay and reef with five uninhabited small islands. The distant island is Petit Tabac, the island where Captain Jack was exiled in The Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Part of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, West Indies, Caribbean.
